Dall'interesse individuale di poche persone, questa parte del Piemonte è diventata un area in cui la passione per il cavallo è condivisa a vari livelli con delle specifiche competenze anche nel settore della mascalcia e attacchi, in ogni caso il cavallo da solo non basta!!
